About Carlin

The City of Carlin is hosting a Out-of-Service Vehicle Closed Bid Auction
Closed bidding starts 8 AM on June 24, 2024 and ends at 4 PM on July 12, 2024.

All bids are to be turned into the City Administration Building located at 151 S 8th St, Carlin, NV 89822, or mailed to City of Carlin, Vehicle Auction, PO BOX 787, Carlin, NV 89822. Bids are to be delivered in a sealed envelope. The City of Carlin is not responsible for any late bids mailed to the City of Carlin if the sealed bid is not received after the action end date of July 12, 2024 and any late bids will not be considered. 

All bidders need to provide the required documentation listed under the "Bid Compliance Checklist" below as part of their sealed bid. Complete bid packets are available here or can be picked up at the City Administration Building. 

Bid Compliance Checklist:
1.  Bidder Registration Form - Completed and signed by bidder. 
2. Bid Sheet - Signed by bidder. 

Inspection of the vehicles is by appointment only during normal business hours of the Carlin Public Works Department. To schedule an appointment, please call 775-754-6515 and speak with Jennifer Mayo. Inspection period begins June 3, 2024 and ends July 10, 2024.

All vehicles are not drivable and will have to be towed to be removed after the sale. All vehicles are sold "As Is", no exception.
